My truck was stolen from the parking lot of the hotel . I had paid for daily parking there while I was gone. I reported the incident to the management of the hotel and was informed that , that was not problem, that management did not work on weekends. Help from the hotel staff was essentially non- existent.

Of all the hotels this had to be our worst to stay in. The decor as you arrive is so uninspiring and this should have been our warning of everything else to come. Brown and yellow might have been the height of fashion in the 1970s but it really is terribly depressing now. Having said that it is highly possible the place has not been renovated since that era. Going by the state of our bathroom floor. It was terribly cracked and dangerous to stand on. There was a crack and a dip in the floor that was more than half an inch in height. The floor beneath the tiles was spongy under foot and each time you went to go to the toilet the floor tiles cracked even more. It really felt any moment you would fall into the room below. I called to reception to ask to be moved but told they were full. I was offered towels to put on the floor to protect us from cutting our feet. These towels didn’t arrive. I had to call twice more to receive them they eventually arrived close to midnight. The breakfast the following day was inedible sitting like a rock in my stomach the whole morning. At check out the staff member was receiving training by another colleague remotely online and when we tried to give feedback on our awful stay we were waved away and told to put the room card in the box and for us to depart. The whole hotel was very hot and muggy. Apart from when we approached the reception desk where they had air con pumping out for them. All in all not only an unpleasant stay but a highly questionable safety element to it too. I would not recommend to anyone.

Stayed here because of an overnight layover and because of the shuttle. Rooms dated. Shuttle service mediocre-pretty old shuttle so it was a bumpy ride. We called when we were ready for pickup and they arrive about 25 minutes later which is fine. Although when I asked about leaving in the morning I was informed they only leave at the top of every hour which wouldn’t allow us to get to the airport on time. Defeated the purpose of staying there and we had to Uber in the morning. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Good hotel. Food right nearby. Long ride from airport but free airport and area shuttle very convenient and well organized. Clean, consistent, very friendly staff. I just used this because i had an early flight home the next day, but price, amenities, people and the shuttle made this a great choice.

FRAUD ALERT - FALSE and DECEPTIVE booking practices. I had a made a "late night check in" reservation (after midnight arrival) when my flight was cancelled. Reservation confirmation received, for Thursday and Friday. Front desk clerk stated I couldn't check in until 3 p.m. Friday, for his "system" stated that the reservation was for Friday and Saturday. THIS IS A SCAM perpetrated by the management to dupe travellers into booking their hotel and making sure they are as occupied as possible every evening - with no regard to the traveler. IF YOU ARE A TRAVELLER WITH A CANCELLED FLIGHT - BOOK ELSEWHERE. I witnessed the EXACT same thing happen to THREE OTHER people from my flight that evening. FRAUDULENT / FALSE / MISLEADING business practices. I will leave this review every where I can. I'm contacting the BBB, and TEXAS AG as well.
